The apartment has fine old wooden floors and the original ceiling stucco. The living- and dinning room has 5 French balconies. Two bedrooms having the original balconies with an overwhelming view of the botanical garden with it’s exotic plants and trees. The third bedroom has also a great view of the garden. The fourth bedroom is a interior bedroom without a view.

It’s difficult to find such a nice and big apartment full of amenities and comfort for 10 people.
Excellent for families and bigger groups to spend some days in Lisbon where everything is walking distance.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM APARTMENT:
From the airports, a beje/black taxi or Town Car service are your best alternatives. Public Transportation is available but will take considerable more time and can be difficult with bags. Taxis in Portugal are not expensive and are safe.
Beje/Black Taxi: From LSB, it is a fare of no more than € 15.00. There are no extra fees or taxes. This price has all inclusive. (luggage) These rates do not include the customary tip of 15-20%. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the apartment.
Public Transportation: You can take a city bus to/from LSB airport at airport terminal. (number 91), you must have all coins for the bus, but remember it will take considerably more time. The cost from LSB is €2.00 per person. From LSB, take the Airport bus to Marques Square the closest stop and then transfer to the subway Yellow line, go three stops (to Rato). Get off at that stop. You will need to carry your bags up the stairs to the street. You will be on Rato square. The apartment is on Rua da Escola Politecnica, so you are 5 minutes walk away (without bags!).

CLEANING
An exit cleaning fee is added to all stays. Our apartments are professionally cleaned and laundered and we are sticklers for cleanliness. All our properties are bed bug proofed and happy to say no incidents. If this property is booked we have many other Holiday Rentals properties in Lisboa, just let me know.
Fresh Clean towels, linens and sheets are provided.

Location:
The luxury and spacious apartment Real is very well located at Lisbon’s favourite old town quarter Bairro Alto. The house of the apartment is a former 18th century Duke Palace. In opposite of the apartment is one the most beautiful garden square’s of Lisbon situated – The Principe Real square. Most of the sights are within walking distance. The well known Fado houses, the Chiado square and the botanical garden on the backyard of the apartment invits you for a visit. This nice quarter offers you a very interesting mixture between tradition and modern. In the cosy and safe neighbourhood you have a bakery, old antique shops, bars and a lot of very good restaurants and cafes. The completely renovated residence is situated on a 1st floor in an 18th century Palace.
