APARTMENT
The apartment compromises 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with 1 single bed), on the living room you will find a big and comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, so you will have enough space for 5 people. On the living room you will find a table where to put laptop playing cards, or have dinner enjoying the great views of the neighborhood, TV, DVD and wireless internet connection.
It has one kitchen fully stacked (including all the kitchenware, diswasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, but no wash machine), WC with walk-in shower, and a separate dining room. The total apartment area is 80 sqm. Is on a 3rd floor, where the buildings don’t have elevators and therefore is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility problems.
This privileged location offers easy access by foot to the subway (Chiado/Baixa station).
For amenities there is cable TV (with international channels), stereo, DVD, books, games and wi-fi internet with unlimited connection.

This charming and cozy apartment is located right in the heart of Bairro Alto, one of the most ancient neighborhoods of Lisbon. Here you can experience the typical and picturesque atmosphere that still remains nowadays. Popular with artists and students, buzzing and bohemian Bairro Alto is an old part of Lisbon, made up of steep cobbled streets, with lively nightlife and trendy shops.
A little North, Principe Real is a gay-friendly extension of the area, boasting antique shops and galleries, as well as its namesake square and park of exotic plants.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM APARTMENT:
From the airports, a beje/black taxi or Town Car service are your best alternatives. Public Transportation is available but will take considerable more time and can be difficult with bags. Taxis in Portugal are not expensive and are safe.
Beje/Black Taxi: From LSB, it is a fare of no more than € 15.00. There are no extra fees or taxes. This price has all inclusive. (luggage) These rates do not include the customary tip of 15-20%. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the apartment.
Public Transportation: You can take a city bus to/from LSB airport at airport terminal. (number 91), you must have all coins for the bus, but remember it will take considerably more time. The cost from LSB is €2.00 per person. From LSB, take the Airport bus to the Rossio Square the closest stop and then transfer to the subway green line, go three stops (to Chiado). Get off at that stop. You will need to carry your bags up the stairs to the street. You will be on Garret Street. The apartment is on Rua da Rosa, so you are 3 minutes walk away (without bags!).

Arrival by car:
Please drive to the beautiful place in Bairro Alto quarter. You can park your car in the area of the apartment.

Arrival by train:
Please get off the train at Santa Apolonia. Then we can recommend taking a taxi to the apartment. The price is about 10 euros and lasts 25 min. to reach the apartment.

Arriving by bus:
Please get off at the central bus station Sete Rios. We recommend that you take a taxi to the apartment. The price is about 8 euros and lasts 15 min. to reach the apartment.

CLEANING
An exit cleaning fee is added to all stays. Our apartments are professionally cleaned and laundered and we are sticklers for cleanliness. All our properties are bed bug proofed and happy to say no incidents. If this property is booked we have many other Holiday Rentals properties in Lisboa, just let me know.
Fresh Clean towels, linens and sheets are provided.

BOOKING
Lisboa is a lovely city to visit and stay in the heart of the city is certainly an excellent choice. Look forward to hearing from you. Bear in mind that the booking is complete only after your payment. While you’re asking questions about the apartment an online booking can happen. Check in after 04:00 pm and check out before 11:00 am. Other arrangements are possible if no other guests are coming in / going out the same day.
